The World Youth Leadership Lab (WYLL) is a one-of-a-kind global gathering designed to ignite the leadership potential of young people, empower educators to teach what matters most, and bring visionary school leaders together to shape the future of education — all in the heart of vibrant, future-facing Singapore.

Over 4 action-packed days, you’ll put AI to work as your secret weapon to build real leadership skills; from problem solving to having real and lasting impact. This is about thriving in the future, not just surviving it.
Day 1 - Mission AI: Crack the Code
Dive into fast-paced mini hackathons where you team up with new people for each challenge. Use AI, your brain, and your instincts to complete tasks and level up your leadership game.
Day 2 - Game On: The Human Factor
Play in an intense board games tournament where each game hones a critical leadership skill. Use AI to help make killer moves and outsmart your opponents. Trophies go to the winning players — will it be you?
Day 3 - Enter the Simulation: Human Override
Step into a live-action simulation. You’ll be randomly assigned to tribes with limited resources. Together, you'll confront robot overlords and turn a robot-ruled dystopia into a human+AI utopia, where human skills lead the charge. Medals for peer-chosen standout leaders!
Day 4 - Future Fair: Show What You’re Made Of
Showcase the project your team prepared before the event. Pitch your bold ideas about AI and leadership to judges, share with the audience, and compete for the ultimate cash prize. Heads up. you need to get your project brief here and start prepping with your team early!
